The role involves working with Labelling Applications, creating documentation, and troubleshooting systems in an Agile environment. Responsabilidades

Conocimientos

Experience in Labelling Applications (Loftware P360, Nicelabel, Bartender)

Ability to create and update documentation

Familiar with SDLC

Experience in system/application troubleshooting

Experience with Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS)

Basic database knowledge

Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP)

Hands-on experience with JIRA

Experience with testing or debugging skills

Experience working in CSV / GMP environments

Experience working in Agile projects

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow

Script automation knowledge (PowerShell / Python)

Basic knowledge of JavaScript

SAFe Certification

ITIL experience

Job Description:

• Experience in Labelling Applications like Loftware P360, Nicelabel, Bartender.
• Ability to create and update documentation (such as configuration and technical specifications, installation verification).
• Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
• Experience in system/application troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers).
• Basic database knowledge, including performing and committing queries.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP) and JSON structure knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Retina / Codebeamer and/or JIRA or other agile tools (Backlog and Task Management).
• Experience with testing or debugging skills (log analysis).
• Experience working in CSV / GMP environments.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management).
• Script automation knowledge (PowerShell / Python - desirable).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (desirable).
• SAFe Certification is an advantage (mandatory after joining).
• ITIL experience.
