Conference Content Research Assistant (Hr & Labor Law)

The role

We are looking for a freelance or part-time research assistant to assist us in organizing conferences in Barcelona, focusing on content in the field of HR.

Your main tasks will include :

  • Finding top speakers in HR and labor law.
  • Researching trending topics and key industry discussions.
  • Collecting and organizing information from various sources.
  • Organizing meetings with selected speakers.
  • Providing recommendations for potential speakers and session topics based on your analysis.
  • Working closely with our event organization team to align research findings with conference themes and objectives.

What we're looking for :

  • Experience in research, event planning, or content analysis.
  • Experience with working in HR is a major advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR and labor law in Spain is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and / or Spanish.
