Pragmatike is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Compute Team responsible for the core compute platform. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural direction, and collaborate with various teams.

This role requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong expertise in AWS, and proficiency in Golang. Enjoy a fully remote position while working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Solid experience in building distributed backend systems with Golang.
