More than 900 colleagues work tirelessly across 140 countries, and the numbers are growing. We are owned by 34 automotive companies such as Bosch, Continental, or ZF and take pride in connecting all data for them.

As a Compliance Manager (m/f/d), your purpose will be to ensure that the organization acts in accordance with the applicable sustainability certifications, laws, and regulations. Join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Whistleblowing Management: Handle reports, communicate with whistleblowers and relevant parties, and recommend compliance audits.

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with globally binding internal & external guidelines and regulations (e.g., CSRD, LKSG, CSDDD).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working experience and a good understanding of business processes
  • Awareness of the complex requirements of a globally active business
  • Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking

  • Excellent intercultural, social, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level), both spoken and written
  • Confident use of the MS Office applications Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Full Remote or hybrid: We work 80-100% remotely; however, we have regular on-site team events.

Structured Onboarding: You receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up: For this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2 monitors, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard, docking station).

Balance job & life: Flexible working hours: you decide where and when you work.

OKRs instead of micromanagement: Our OKRs ensure that our leadership style is based on results, not the process. Or in other words, we practice extreme ownership.

Culture:

Kununu Top Company 2023: We´re proud to state that our score currently sits at 4.2/5 score with an 85%+ recommendation rate.

We value ownership, cooperation, entrepreneurial thinking & self-reflection in order to communicate effectively as ONE team.

Team culture is Key! We have fun at work and beyond: There is always something to celebrate and regular team events.

Come as you are - do you prefer T-shirts over a shirt? Great.

Your contribution matters: Shape our value-driven culture and agile transformation together with your colleagues – we´re curious, want to go one step further, build further trust together, and join forces to tackle our challenges as a team.
