We are looking for a Compliance lawyer to join an important project located in Madrid in Mixed job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An / a Compliance lawyer , with at least 4 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• Mode of telework : Mixed

Requirements :

• Degree in Law
• Any of the following certifications : DPD, ISO 27001, CISA, CISM
• Attendance of 4 days in person in central Madrid, from 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

What will your responsibilities be?

• Compliance with GDPR in Information Systems
• Conducting application analysis
• Performing risk analysis and impact assessment
• Carrying out documentation tasks for the security committee, Security Regulations, Security Diagnosis and Data Center Audit, and Technical Procedures and Instructions
• Responding to the exercise of rights included in the GDPR
• Managing and resolving all security incidents
• Liaison with OSSI on security matters
• Conducting annual audits for regulatory compliance (ENS, GDPR)
