Payoneer is seeking a Compliance Data Analyst in Madrid to support reporting, alert management, and performance measurement for Compliance Office, Operations, and Strategy teams.

You will analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel, build dashboards with Tableau or Power BI, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong written and spoken English is required, with a plus for Python and AI workflow experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in compliance, fintech, or risk.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and provide insights to Compliance, Operations, and Strategy teams.
• Use SQL and Excel to analyze datasets and present findings clearly.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compliance trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data teams for consistency.
• Handle multiple data requests and translate them into actionable tasks.
