Scope of Responsibilities :

You will :

  • Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
  • Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance.
  • Design tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts.
  • Develop and conduct training on competition law issues.
  • Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues and coordinate merger control filings globally.
  • Assist in responding to government inquiries.
