Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
- Have a significant amount of individual responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law with designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
- Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter experts on competition laws by providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance with competition laws.
- Design tools, policies, and materials to improve global compliance efforts.
- Develop and conduct training on competition law issues.
- Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings worldwide, and assist in responding to government inquiries.

Qualifications:
Legal qualifications:
- Law degree.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer.
- Ability to work in the country specified in the requisition or obtain necessary credentials prior to start date.
Professional skills:
- Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and best practices; working knowledge of codes of conduct, ethics, and compliance training; understanding of core values and conduct-related programs.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and curious about ethics and compliance best practices and risks.
- Proven ability to implement strategy and drive change.
- Collaborative, methodical, and strategic problem-solver who adapts quickly to change.
- Effective communicator in English at all organizational levels.
- Good judgment and task prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
