Airbus Operations in Getafe seeks a Competence and Training Manager to identify training needs, organize sessions, and manage the Training Center. The role focuses on ensuring trainer availability, tracking competencies, and driving improvements in workplace well-being and absenteeism.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, experience in competence management in an aerospace environment, excellent communication, and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in competence management, preferably in a large industrial or aerospace environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Availability for an interim/temporary assignment.
