Job summary

Sibelco, based in Bilbao, Spain, seeks a Compensations and Benefits Specialist to shape and maintain global C&B policies. You will manage grading, job evaluations, descriptions and promotions, ensure compliance, and run annual salary and bonus cycles.

Proficiency in Workday and Power BI, plus strong Excel, are essential for data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with HR partners and managers, benchmark against markets, and develop dashboards to monitor trends and payouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, law, business or HR.
• 4–7 years in C&B in international environment.
• Hay job evaluation or similar experience.
• Workday and Power BI experience; strong Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical abilities and data accuracy.
• Understanding of pay structures, grading and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and maintain C&B policies aligned with culture, values and governance.
• Administer compensation structures including grading, job evaluations and promotions policy.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across rewards processes.
• Execute annual salary planning and bonus cycles, including data prep, modeling, reporting.
• Maintain and update incentive plans; track eligibility, calculations and payouts.
• Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture consistency.
• Perform market benchmarking using survey data; recommend salary ranges and pay positioning.
• Provide stakeholder support to HR business partners and managers on compensation decisions.
• Build and maintain C&B dashboards and reports using Workday and Power BI.
• Monitor compensation and benefits trends and recommend enhancements.

• Experience with Workday and Power BI; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical abilities and accuracy in data handling.
• Understanding of pay structures, grading, and incentives.
• Clear communication skills and stakeholder partnership mindset.
