Job summary

Sibelco Group in Bilbao is seeking a Compensations and Benefits Specialist to support the development, administration, and continuous improvement of C&B programs. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance while executing annual salary planning and bonus cycles.

Responsibilities include designing policies, administering grading systems, conducting market benchmarking, and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 407 years of compensation & Benefits experience in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Hay job evaluation methodology or similar.
• Experience with Workday and Power BI; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical abilities and accuracy in data handling.
• Understanding of pay structures, grading, and incentives.
• Clear communication skills and stakeholder partnership mindset.
• High integrity and confidentiality orientation.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to simplify complex information.

• Provide stakeholder support to HR business partners and managers on compensation decisions.
• Build and maintain C&B dashboards and reports using Workday and Power BI.
• Monitor compensation and benefits trends and recommend enhancements.

Job Description:

As part of the Compensations and Benefits Team you will support the development, administration, and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
