We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert to shape and execute our global compensation strategy. This role involves ensuring our pay structures are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business goals, supporting employee engagement and business success through transparent, data-driven rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation Strategy: Develop and update pay philosophies and ranges based on benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
  2. Annual Reward Cycle: Manage performance-related pay processes, including merit increases and out-of-cycle adjustments.
  3. Bonus & Incentives: Oversee bonus programs, enhance car-related benefits, and coordinate LTIP awards.
  4. Pay Transparency & Compliance: Lead initiatives to promote pay fairness and ensure regulatory compliance.
  5. Process & System Optimization: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve reward systems and processes.
  6. Stakeholder Training & Enablement: Provide tools and training for P&C teams and managers to support pay decisions.
  7. Job Architecture: Maintain and refine the framework aligning career paths with pay structures.
  8. Mobility & Recognition: Support international pay policies and recognition strategies.
  9. Data & Insights: Analyze pay data to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications include:

  1. 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with expertise at the specialist level.
  2. Experience designing rewards strategies, including incentives.
  3. Knowledge of compensation and benefits systems, including European practices.
  4. Experience with monetary and non-monetary rewards.
  5. Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
  6. Ability to manage change and streamline complex processes.
