Reporting to the Director, Regional Compensation, EMEA-APAC, this position is responsible for providing compensation program support to the Compensation team and our Strategic HR Business Partners across the EMEA region. This team is critical in supporting the compensation needs of our global organization by helping manage the day-to-day administration of our Reward programs including the overall spend and effectiveness of our global programs.
Role Responsibilities
Conduct job benchmarking analysis, job evaluation and salary administration to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity.
Review job matches, survey data and prepare survey submissions for participation in various external salary and compensation surveys.
Work closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams on proposals for new hire offers, promotions, and market adjustments.
Participate in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects including the Annual Compensation Planning year-end cycle.
Support industry market survey submission process for the EMEA region.
Review survey results and proactively provide analysis of market trends and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data.
Receive, research, and respond to customer inquiries concerning salaries and salary adjustments promptly and professionally.
Provide analytical support for compensation programs, including data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's compensation.
Assist in conducting studies for specific functional areas; analyze market trends; complete statistical reports and assist in the development of recommendations and action plans designed to attract, retain and reward employees.
Work on regional and other special projects, as assigned
Role Requirements
Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of previous HR experience, ideally in compensation program support, including technical knowledge of key compensation fundamentals.
Experience with an automated HRIS system, preferably Workday, is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and excellent skills in Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Attention to detail and follow-through skills a must.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Sound logic, reasoning skills to identify, develop, evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
