We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team based in Madrid. Are you passionate about digital marketing? CPC, CPA, CPL, CPM, and other performance metrics are your second language, and data and numbers don’t scare you?
Our International Paid Media team in Madrid is looking to hire an intern as a Paid Media Specialist responsible for the French market. The direct manager of this position will be Cyril Landru, French Paid Media Account Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our French Energy verticals by driving qualified leads for our Sales team through various paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Your mission is to grow our French market by continuously searching for and identifying new opportunities in customer acquisition through paid media.
You will use your digital marketing expertise to drive qualified leads through our different acquisition channels (particularly Google Ads) by:
Test and propose new creative ideas together with the paid acquisition team, sales, and design teams.
Deliver paid media campaign optimizations, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for next steps.
Create, analyze, and optimize landing pages using our CMS, online forms software, and internal tools.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and assist with special operational projects.
Stay informed of best practices, industry trends, and platform updates.
Performance Monitoring
Closely monitor campaign performance
Start and optimize digital marketing campaigns mainly on Google Ads (Search, Discover, YouTube), and occasionally on Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
Continuously test new strategies and lead technical improvements to maximize conversions and minimize costs at each funnel stage.
Export best practices in different verticals and markets
Share results with the team and deploy successful strategies across markets with the support of local teams and account managers.
You are motivated to learn and expand your knowledge of Google Ads.
