Community Manager, Marketing and Business Development

Our collaborator is a new hostel situated at Conil de la Frontera, Cadiz, focused on people who love surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. They aim to create a place where enthusiasts of these sports can meet and interact. The hostel is only 100 meters from the best spot to kitesurf and windsurf and 5 km from El Palmar beach and La Fuente del Gallo, two of the main surfing locations. We are not a huge company; we are a close-knit team, ensuring you feel at home and have a great experience. This role will provide insights into various aspects of the business beyond marketing, and we are looking for someone with initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm to promote our accommodation. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in marketing and rebranding. The initial days will involve an introduction to the business, and flexibility to support others during busy times is essential.

Tasks:

• Creating content strategies
• Content creation and editing
• Social media management
• Creating new marketing proposals
• Management of collaborations with entities and individuals
• Assisting with other aspects of the business

Requirements:

• German is a plus
• Able to provide a training agreement
• Open to work in different shifts (morning, afternoon, evening)
• Driving license is a plus
• Accommodation with other staff members

Internship Hours & Shifts:

• 30-40 hours per week. Work shifts will focus on tasks rather than fixed hours, as social media opportunities can arise unexpectedly!
