The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Managing and growing player communities on Telegram and WhatsApp, posting fun, culturally relevant content: memes, videos, stories, and announcements.
- Becoming the face of the brand — recording short videos, engaging in comments, and starting conversations.
- Sparking discussions around games, big wins, events, and matches.
- Running online activities like tournaments, challenges, polls, and giveaways.
- Collaborating with SMM and design teams to deliver content smoothly.
- Bringing in new engagement ideas and pushing community KPIs.
The Profile
- Charismatic communicator with a natural online presence.
- Background in community management, social media, or influencer work.
- Deep knowledge of LATAM online culture, memes, and humor.
- Fluent Spanish speaker (native-level); strong English is a must.
- Russian-speaking candidates welcome if Spanish is fluent.
- Confident on camera — comfortable recording videos and going live.
- Resilient and positive even in heated discussions or feedback loops.
- Ambitious and excited to grow into PR Ambassador or Head of Community roles.
