We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Manager for the French market. This role involves executing our social media strategy: engaging daily with our community, creating content, and keeping our social channels fresh, dynamic, and trend-driven.

You will work closely with the Head of Social Media, the Marketing Specialist, and the Affiliate Manager for France. Your work will enhance our brand presence in France by engaging the community and producing resonant content across different business units.

Mission:

As a Community Manager for the French market, your goal is to build and nurture an engaged digital community. You will drive innovative social media strategies, create compelling content, and foster authentic connections to strengthen our brand and enrich the travel experience.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage Heymondo’s social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X) in France, including responding to comments, queries, and engaging with the community.
  • Create and publish daily content (videos, stories, carousels) optimized for TikTok and Instagram, aligned with platform trends and engagement best practices.
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to keep Heymondo at the forefront of digital engagement in France.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Key activities:
  • Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
  • Develop trend-driven content and plan content calendars for the marketing team.
  • Track performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and benchmark competitors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management or community engagement (1-2 years).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Native-level French skills; Spanish and English are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
  • Excellent French writing and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for travel and industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut; experience with Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and UGC strategies.

This is a fully hands-on role—if you're seeking a strategic or managerial position, this might not be suitable.

Additional info:

Experience with event coverage, social media giveaways, and contests to boost engagement is a plus.

Schedule & Location:
