We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Manager for the French market. This role involves executing our social media strategy: engaging daily with our community, creating content, and ensuring our social channels remain fresh, dynamic, and trend-driven.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Social Media, Marketing Specialist, and Affiliate Manager for France. Your work will strengthen our brand presence in France by engaging the community and producing content that resonates across different business units.

Mission:

As a Community Manager for the French market, your mission is to build and nurture an engaged digital community. You'll drive innovative social media strategies, create compelling content, and foster authentic connections that enhance our brand and enrich the travel experience.

Main responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily management of Heymondo’s social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X) in France, including responding to comments, addressing queries, interacting with the community, and publishing engaging content.
  • Create and publish daily content (videos, stories, carousels) optimized for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring all visuals and messaging align with platform trends and engagement best practices.
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to keep Heymondo at the forefront of digital engagement in France.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management or community engagement (1-2 years).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Native-level French skills and Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Heavy user of Instagram and TikTok with a deep understanding of platform trends.
  • Excellent French writing skills and storytelling ability.
  • Passionate about travel and industry trends.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team, managing community management and content planning.
  • Creative, proactive, and organized mindset.
  • Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
  • Experience with Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and UGC strategies.

This is a fully hands-on role—if you're seeking a strategic or managerial position, this might not be suitable.

Plus: experience covering events on social media and planning social media giveaways and contests to boost engagement.

Schedule:

Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day). 100% remote, with an office near Torre Agbar in Barcelona available if preferred.

Primary Location:

Barcelona / remote (Spain). Only candidates residing in Spain with legal work authorization will be considered.
