We are on the lookout for a skilled Administrative Virtual Assistant based in Puerto Rico. The accepted candidates will help with our client's need in collecting and publishing leads. The ideal candidate will have good administrative skills with a general cultural understanding of the area.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain a database of qualified leads for the company.
• Proactively contact and source vendors, negotiating terms to ensure the best possible partnerships.
• Analyze industry trends to improve sourcing strategies and lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align research and vendor acquisition with company goals.

Requirements :

• Candidates must be a local from a target city.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in partnership, research, or vendor sourcing is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals.
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Understanding and are a user of major search and social platforms (Bing, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Line, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and others) as the main tasks are doing research.
• This role is open to individuals of all experience levels, including fresh graduates and stay-at-home parents looking to re-enter the workforce.
