We are looking for a talented Community Manager & Content Creator to join our team.

The Community Manager & Content Creator will be in charge of handling some of our key social media accounts, generating impactful and native social content, not only in a creative capacity, but also as the lead interviewer or storyteller in the videos.

We expect the Community Manager & Content Creator to be able to deliver excellent client service, to be a passionate and avid SoMe user and to pour all that knowledge and inspiration into the accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the brand strategy and adapting it to each client’s needs. Creating and starring video and photo native content, adapted to the codes of each channel Proactively contribute and engage with innovative ideas. Creating dynamic and on-brand SoMe content plans. Moderating comments Planning and executing SoMe paid media campaigns Supporting the search for possible collaborators and influencers

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience as Community Manager in Digital Marketing, working with different brands. A true passion, understanding and ability for TikTok Comfortable in front of the camera Content curation and creation skills Excellent organizational skills Proven client service experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation Multi-tasking ability while paying attention to details Fluency in English will be valued Solid digital understanding Ability to prioritize among competing tasks Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Work Perks Permanent contract. 23 days off + bank holidays. Your B-Day as an extra day off. Working hours M-T 9h to 18h. Friday we work from home from 9h to 15h. Our agency is very well located in Madrid city center.
