Here at CORUS, we are looking for a Community Manager to join our team on an international insurance project.
Location: Remote (you must be in Spain)
The role:
- Day-to-day tasks: Community management of the company's global social media accounts, analysis and categorization of social media posts, alert management, distribution, and escalation processes. Set up and conduct training and workshops on social customer care for our Business Units or Group Functions. Manage incoming requests through our support contact form and redirect them to the appropriate team. Support the Brand Marketing team with the adoption of Sprinklr for Customer Care, including KPI, dashboard, and measure implementation. Provide end-to-end support for Sprinklr and Meta Business, including configuration, bug fixing, ticket management, and permissions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding and addressing community members' needs. Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries and feedback. Coordinate customer management across Business Units.
- Analytical Thinking: Create reports on social media activities and industry topics. Analyze data and KPIs to draw conclusions and recommend strategies for community engagement and digital care.
Skills and Experience:
- University education or equivalent; over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English (native preferred) and fluent in Spanish; German is a plus.
- Experience with social media tools, especially Sprinklr (nice to have) and Meta Business.
- Experience in customer service for organic and paid campaigns.
- Tech-savvy, up-to-date with digital trends, platform changes, and user behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented and proactive.
