Responsible for the management of social networks and digital communities, promoting a positive image of the organization. This role involves energizing networks and communities, acting as the link between the organization, its projects, and the online community. Also, responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with different audiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Planning and development of strategic digital advertising and campaigns.
  2. Content strategy for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and data analytical measurement.
  3. Generate brand positioning through digital media and optimize the digital budget.
  4. Manage and monitor advertising campaigns on Facebook Business with specific objectives.
  5. Create digital content, design advertising material for social networks, and handle internal business communications and general brand graphic material.
  6. Responsible for the image and design of the company's brands.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of one to three years of experience as a digital graphic designer, specifically in social and corporate networks.
  2. Degree in Graphic Design completed.
  3. Advanced English skills.
  4. Portuguese skills are a plus.
  5. Knowledge of non-digital graphic design.
  6. Solid experience in fundamental design aspects such as typography, color, composition, and layout.
  7. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  8. Experience creating digital pieces, including emails and social media ads.
  9. Creative and analytical thinking skills.
  10. A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
