Community & Social Media Manager

Location: Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort in Murcia, Spain

Type: Full-time

We are a dynamic real estate and lifestyle development company behind the Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort, creating exceptional homes for international buyers. To support our continued growth and community presence, we are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Community & Social Media Manager with proven experience and a strong command of AI-powered tools to join our marketing team at The Art of Living in Spain.

Your responsibilities:

  • Content strategy & planning: Design, execute and optimize the social media content strategy for international audiences across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, My Business among others).
  • Community engagement: Manage and grow our online community. Respond to comments, messages and mentions, fostering sales, engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Brand storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around our real estate projects, Altaona Resort, the Murcia region, the Spanish lifestyle and client success stories.
  • Analytics & reporting: Track KPIs, monitor performance and produce monthly reports with actionable insights to improve results.
  • Influencer & partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and relevant partners to amplify our brand message.
  • Trend spotting: Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative formats to ensure brand relevance and differentiation.

Your profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in the real estate sector.
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Spanish and other European languages are a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. Familiar with tools like Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Answer the Public / AlsoAsked, Google Trend and Analytics, Looker Studio, Canva Pro, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hubspot (basic level), Notion, Buffer, basic video editing apps as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop).
  • Mindset: Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and an eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You love data almost as much as you love people.
