To be the successful applicant, you should have a bachelor’s degree from a business school or university with a specialization in marketing. You must have a strong background in performance and community marketing and a taste for marine navigation, tech solutions, fresh marketing trends and tools, and operational marketing. This position requires a good communicator who can manage multiple projects at once and has a keen interest in social networks. You must speak English as your first language and be eager to learn and grow your marketing skills. You are enthusiastic, empathic, organized, rigorous, proactive.
Being part of the marketing team, you will have the following tasks:
- Listen and answer to our followers on different social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn). Animate the community by opening engaging conversations on our posts. Manage TIMEZERO’s presence beyond our own channels interacting with the community any time TIMEZERO is mentioned. You will research and engage with key profiles reflecting our different target audiences to craft authentic community online experience.
- You will be contributing to the development and execution of the social media content strategy. Together with other Marketing team members, brainstorm on content that aligns with TIMEZERO’s brand strategy. You have a deep understanding of the social voice, tone and style that resonates on the platforms you will be fueling: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok mainly, and LinkedIn.
- Constantly challenge our strategy and propose new tactics to engage with the community and monitor performance. Implement KPIs, report performance, and conduct benchmarking.
- You will be contributing to managing Brand Ambassadors partnerships to make the most of mutual inputs in terms of content production and brand visibility while providing TIMEZERO software solution to support the ambassador’s project along with marine navigation and software experience.
- You will be contributing to driving marketing campaigns by designing, producing, translating videos, emails, webpages, etc. All of this will be done using a range of tools including HubSpot, Mailchimp and Canva. You will also be able to brief our graphic designer to get high quality content production with Adobe Creative Suite.
