Job Description : Tasks :
  1. Client acquisition for the Italian market.
  2. Generation of leads: email marketing campaigns, cold calling.
  3. Customer relationship management: follow-up with existing clients, building steady and effective collaborative relationships, closing deals.
  4. Development of new sourcing channels.
  5. Consulting activities to recommend the services that best suit clients' business models.
  6. Attending meetings with customers to close deals and gather requirements.
  7. Research and update with market trends (IT sector, Talent Acquisition market, Benchmarking).
  8. Proposition and development of new business and sales strategies, adapting to market needs.
Requirements :
  1. Currently enrolled in a University Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Available to sign a University Agreement.
  2. Positive and convincing attitude.
  3. Energetic, organized, and proactive.
  4. Excellent at approaching new people (phone, emails, face-to-face).
  5. Good presence on the phone and emails.
  6. Strong writing skills with a professional and appealing style.
  7. Proactive and self-motivated: enjoy responsibilities and reaching objectives.
  8. Excellent Italian (written and spoken).
  9. Good English and Spanish (written and spoken).
