Formación

As our Community Host (Recepcionista), you’ll operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible TSH experience. Whether providing a flawless welcome and check-in, excellent service in our restaurant and bars, or engaging in conversations to make their stay memorable — you are at the forefront of our guest-facing operations. You know our products well and can (cross-)sell them to our guests. It’s because of you that everyone entering our Madrid location will become a raving fan of TSH!

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are :

Known for being rule-breakers in hospitality, TSH offers a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play, while being themselves. We operate like a hotel but offer much more : student accommodation, long and short stays, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, eat & drink escapes, as well as community and coworking spaces. Based in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with new openings planned, this hybrid hospitality concept aims to go global.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure everyone receives a warm welcome upon arrival
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist
• Assist guests at self-check-in kiosks (no traditional reception desk)
• Prepare and serve local dishes, enhancing F&D skills
• Brewing coffee and mixing signature cocktails — barista skills a plus
• Act as a secret concierge, advising guests on local attractions
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all areas for the next shift
• Assist guests with requests regarding facilities, possibly learning new tech skills along the way

Who You Are

• Flexible, proactive, motivated, and positive
• Dexterous, with excellent multitasking skills
• Hospitality background, preferably hotel experience
• Capable of handling stressful peak periods professionally
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Responsible, hardworking, with a can-do attitude
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or EU citizen
