You’ll rock at Aticco if…

• Your are a passionate community builder with experience in the events sector and customer support.
• You have high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, time is gold!
• You are proactive and with a creative attitude to continuously improve and innovate for better.
• You are a positive thinker and with an as up in your sleeve to solve any complicated situation. You have the ability to remain positive in a high pressure environment and face complicated situations with the best attitude.
• You are willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done. You are community oriented; loving the idea of Coworking, Collaboration and Co-creation.
• You have strong written and verbal skills both in English and Spanish.

How will your day to day be like?

• Internal event management: propose, create, and manage activities for the community (breakfasts, afterworks, internal events), together with the rest of the events team. We love collaborative brainstormings!
• Inform and involve coworkers when there are community events in your building or in other Aticco buildings.
• You’ll be the first person our coworkers see when they get to the office and first impressions matter, so “with great power comes great responsibility”, you’ll be responsible for creating the best possible experience for all those who pass through our locations!
• Client service: serve coworkers, visitors, suppliers, etc. with attention, professionalism and courtesy, being brand ambassador in every interaction.
• Coworker’s onboarding & offboarding: managing the member registration or cancellation together with the administration department, welcoming new members and explaining the idiosyncrasy rules of the building.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships, with a people centric approach.
• Community driven: motivate and connect the members of the building, in order to create a community with common interests and values and enhance the possibilities of collaboration.
• External event management: prepare and host external events in your coworking site and be Aticco’s ambassador.
• Building maintenance: report incidents related to the operation of the building to the Building Manager and give support in the management of the warehouse, inventories, stock and orders.

• We are a dream team and we love face-to-face teamwork! However we like keeping a good work-life balance, that’s why on Fridays we can do our halftime working day from home.
• All our buildings have rooftops or terraces where we have our breaks and get inspired outdoors... even a swimming pool to finish off a day of work!
• At Aticco we value well-being of all kinds, that’s why we have a gym in some of our buildings, table-tennis that drives us crazy and free wellness activities for the team, such as yoga, pilates or HIIT sessions… Mens sana in corpore sano.
