The role focuses on organizing activities, fostering relationships, and being a brand ambassador to create a thriving community. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate within a collaborative environment.

About us

Aticco is not just a flexible workspace, it is an innovative ecosystem for Startups and entrepreneurs, where projects grow and where we are all part of a Community!

It is currently formed by a group of four companies: Aticco Workspaces, Aticco Living and AticcoLab. Together we create an innovative ecosystem that promotes new disruptive models of Work & Life. You’ll rock at Aticco if…

• You have strong written and verbal skills both in English and Spanish.
• Your are a passionate community builder with experience in the events sector and customer support.
• You have high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, time is gold!
• You are proactive and with a creative attitude to continuously improve and innovate for better.
• You are a positive thinker and with an as up in your sleeve to solve any complicated situation.
• You are willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done.
• You are community oriented; loving the idea of Coworking, Collaboration and Co-creation.

How will your day to day be like?

• Propose, create, and manage activities for the community (breakfasts, afterworks, internal events), together with the rest of the events team. We love collaborative brainstormings!
• Inform and involve coworkers when there are community events in your building or in other Aticco buildings.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships, with a people centric approach.
• Motivate and connect the members of the building, in order to create a community with common interests and values and enhance the possibilities of collaboration.
• External event management: prepare and host external events in your coworking site and be Aticco’s ambassador.
• Client service: serve coworkers, visitors, suppliers, etc. with attention, professionalism and courtesy, being brand ambassador in every interaction.

What is it like to be part of the team?

• We are a dream team and we love face-to-face teamwork! However we like keeping a good work-life balance, that’s why on Fridays we can do our halftime working day from home
• ️ All our buildings have rooftops or terraces where we have our breaks and get inspired outdoors... even a swimming pool to finish off a day of work!
• At Aticco we value well-being of all kinds, that’s why we have gym in some of our buildings, table-tennis that drives us crazy and free wellness activities for the team, such as yoga, pilates or HIIT sessions… Mens sana in corpore sano.
• All the water , coffee or tea???? that you can drink… no one judges how you get your energy!
• As a team, we cherish the feeling of belonging and we meet once a month to celebrate our achievements and spend quality time together… we work with #goodvibes!
• Our #community of #Aticcoworkers is our engine, so every Thursday we can join them at the afterworks and recharge batteries for the last sprint!
