A leading university is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to drive organic growth projects within the Strategic planning department. The role involves financial analysis, creating business plans, and supporting executive decisions through analytical insights. Seeking candidates with strong financial modelling skills and communication abilities, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Formación

  • 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Development, FP&A or Audit.
  • Solid experience in financial statements analysis and accounting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduct investment analysis and build financial valuation models.
  • Assist in the development of multi-annual strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and present analyses for Senior Management.

We are currently searching for a Strategic Finance Associate :

MISSION :

The chosen candidate will belong to the Strategic planning department, being involved in all organic growth projects, as well as carrying out complex analysis, providing leadership with the necessary insight for strategic decisions. This includes creation of business plans to analyse and review strategic initiatives, the elaboration of presentations for the Executive Committee of the Group.

Demonstrating excellent leadership, strategic insight and stakeholder management qualities, the chosen candidate will use Its experience in modelling and driving strategy to maintain the finances and strategic deliverables of the organisation effectively whilst also creating an environment of continuous improvement.

FUNCTIONS :

  • Investment analysis including building financial valuation models as well as business plans, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and constructing business cases and financial impact analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as required to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and update of Group's multi annual strategic business plan.
  • Liaise with internal business units and construct detailed business plans to analyse and present organic growth opportunities.
  • Present analysis and prepare presentations for the Senior Management of the Group.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering with a finance background or similar.
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills and a solid experience in financial statements analysis and accounting.
  • Autonomy and self-responsibility, with the ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve problems and grasp complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
