The company’s vision is to build a multi-business platform within the sport of tennis, combining a range of synergetic ventures related to top-tier ATP tournaments, professional players, young talent, academies and brands.

Communications Specialist

Do you have a passion for sport — and ideally, for tennis? We are looking for a creative and proactive graduate in Journalism, Marketing or Corporate Communications who is eager to grow and make an impact. A genuine interest in the world of sport is essential, and a love for tennis would be a real plus. You will join our Communications team and play an important role in the day-to-day development and implementation of our Social Media strategy, both for Tennium and the international tournaments we organise.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Contribute to the design and implementation of monthly Social Media Plans for Tennium and its tournaments in Europe (European Open, Hamburg Open, Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, Hopman Cup,…)
• Collaboration in the creation of integrated communication plans across all channels (digital, PR, print, social media).
• Production and creative development of engaging digital content (graphics, videos, copywriting).
• Live coverage and content creation during the tournaments on site
• News writing and content development for our webs
• Definition and execution of online paid campaigns
• Analysis and report of our different SM Channels
• Preparation of the monthly Tennium Newsletter
• Management of our online communities
• Communication of the different departments of the company

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s in journalism/marketing or Corporate Communications.
• >1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience working with the different Social Media platforms. (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Viber, Mailchimp)
• Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English required.
• Excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
• Team player with a cooperative working style
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
• Availability to travel.

NICE TO HAVE

• Design knowledge and use of software such as illustrator or After Effects.
• Good knowledge of video editing software. (Premiere, Final Cut, Etc.).
• Knowledge of other European languages and experience in the sports industry are a plus.
