Formación

  • 5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.

Our European Communications Team is seeking a Communications Officer for ALTEN Spain. Come and join our dynamic international team where you can connect with Communications professionals across Europe and become a trusted Business Partner within the organisation.

The role :

Working closely with the Iberia Communications Team Leader, you will have the key role to deploy the communications strategy and to create actions to:

  • Inform and engage
  • Enhance candidates and employees’ experience
  • Strengthen the ALTEN brand
Your main projects and missions are :
  • Create content for internal and external communications (website, social media, newsletters, articles, videos, presentations...)
  • Plan and execute events (internal and external)
  • Manage the intranet
  • Promoting initiatives that connect with our employees
  • Manage merchandise material
  • Take part in international transversal projects
  • Monitoring KPIs and budgets/expenses
Your profile

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related

Expert in Digital Communication

5 years of professional experience in a similar role (experience in an international environment is a plus)

Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp or Brevo

Experience in organising corporate events

Proficient level of Spanish and English

Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as good synthesising skills

Excellent project management skills

High attention to details

Public relations skills to adapt to different departments and audiences
