Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive external communication plans to promote the company's brand and products effectively.
2. Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and press conferences.
3. Lead the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
5. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, ensuring clear and positive communication during media interactions.
6. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and key media contacts.
8. Manage crisis communications and provide strategic advice to senior management when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role within the FMCG sector or a similar industry.
3. Proven experience in managing public relations and media relations at a corporate level.
4. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage external stakeholders.
