Deutsche Telekom IT hub in Valencia is seeking a motivated intern to support internal communications, events, and employer branding initiatives. You’ll contribute to content creation for internal channels, coordinate with stakeholders, and help organize town halls and tech talks.

The internship lasts 6–12 months with part-time or full-time options, flexible schedules, and mentorship from experienced professionals in an open, international environment.

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Social Media, or a related field.
• English B2–C1 as the main working language.
• Knowledge of image and video editing tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Internal Communications: Create content for internal channels, analyze impact, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Events: Help organize internal and external events, from town halls to job fairs.
• Campaigns & Employer Branding: Brainstorm, develop concepts, and support culture and employer branding initiatives.

• Campaigns & Employer Branding: Join brainstormings, develop creative concepts and stories, and support culture and employer branding initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Social Media, or a related field.
• English B2–C1, as it’s our main working language.
• Knowledge of image and video editing tools is a plus.
• Most importantly: you’re proactive, creative, curious, hands‑on, a team player, and eager to learn.
