Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Communications & Events Intern to support the Spain and Portugal Communications and Events team in developing and implementing internal and external communication initiatives and in organizing events and congresses. You will work with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other teams to drive employee engagement, enhance Werfen's reputation, and improve brand visibility across the Iberia region.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Postgraduate program in Communications, Protocol & Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Eligible to establish an internship agreement through a university or educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and congresses across Spain and Portugal.
• Coordinate budgets and collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
• Create and manage project timelines and event planning schedules to ensure the effective organization and execution of internal and external events.
• Support the implementation of communication campaigns and initiatives across multiple corporate channels.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and analyses to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
