Bunzl Continental Europe is seeking a Communications Coordinator to drive internal and external communications. Based in Barcelona or Amsterdam, hybrid model, you will manage content calendars, coordinate projects, and report on campaigns.

Collaborate with Communications Manager and teams, identify storytelling opportunities, and support Town Halls and leadership meetings. Strong organization, AI-aware workflows, and data-driven improvements are expected.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, content management, digital marketing, project coordination, or a similar role.
Experience working with social media platforms, digital communication tools, and reporting dashboards.
Strong with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Background in dealing with international- and remote teams will be a strong plus

Responsabilidades

Own and maintain internal/external/social media content calendars using Monday.com with tracked timelines and deliverables.
Translate plans into clear project plans with defined tasks, deadlines, ownership and approvals.
Monitor progress, follow up on projects and approvals, coordinate with stakeholders to move projects forward.
Support publishing content in CMS and social channels.
Assist planning and execution of Town Halls and leadership meetings.
Use AI-enabled approaches to improve processes and BCE's communications effectiveness.
