Aernnova is strengthening its team with a Communications and Network Leader (IT)!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Design, maintain, and secure the company's network and communications infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient connectivity between IT and OT environments.

  • Define and implement the architecture of corporate networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and unified communications solutions.
  • Ensure availability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure, including connectivity between plants, servers, and industrial devices.
  • Manage deployment, upgrade, and migration projects for communication systems.
  • Oversee network security policies and collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement preventive and reactive measures (firewalls, segmentation, VPN, etc.).
  • Coordinate with telecommunications and technology service providers.
  • Lead the technical communications and network support team, establishing best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct network audits, traffic analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Participate in IT / OT systems integration focusing on industrial efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Over 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in network administration within industrial or critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and equipment configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with secure connectivity solutions, VLAN management, VPNs, corporate Wi-Fi, VoIP.
  • Experience in industrial environments (SCADA, PLC, OT networks) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of network cybersecurity.
  • Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
