Aernnova is strengthening its team of Communications and Network Leader (IT)!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  • Design, maintain, and secure the company's network and communications infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient connectivity between IT and OT environments.
  • Define and implement the architecture of corporate networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and unified communications solutions.
  • Ensure availability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure, including connectivity between plants, servers, and industrial devices.
  • Manage deployment, upgrade, and migration projects for communication systems.
  • Oversee network security policies and collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement preventive and reactive measures (firewalls, segmentation, VPN, etc.).
  • Coordinate with telecommunications and technology service providers.
  • Lead the technical communications and network support team, establishing best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct network audits, traffic analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Participate in IT / OT systems integration with a focus on industrial efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Previous experience: More than 2 years
  • High level of English
  • At least 5 years of experience in network administration in industrial or critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and equipment configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience in secure connectivity solutions, VLAN management, VPNs, corporate Wi-Fi, VoIP.
  • Experience with industrial environments (SCADA, PLC, OT networks) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of network cybersecurity.
  • Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
