Position Summary :

In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eCommerce Technology (IT MSE) Department, we are currently looking for an Adoption & Change Specialist .

As IT MSE Adoption & Change Specialist you will lead and implement the communications strategy and roadmap for IT MSE, in alignment with the IT vision and priorities. In this role you will be managing all communications content and tools both online and offline to drive employee engagement and advocacy. You will ensure that the MSE stream, product group managers and product managers are equipped with the right product communication strategy, framework and adequate channel mix.

What you’ll do

  • Build MSE employee centric culture by creating and implementing a communications strategy that both informs and engages employees in the IT stream vision and priorities, maximizing the adoption and understanding of current product offering.
  • Evolve and develop a strong communication network with the IT Community, contributing to Global IT events and ensuring we all follow the IT strategy.
  • Lead all MSE events including bi-monthly All Hands, the yearly MSE Challenge, participation in IT events and Barcelona Hub visits.
  • Develop and lead MSE Trainings to ensure that all MSE employees have a high-level picture of our teams and key projects, in order to boost synergies within MSE teams.
  • Develop and lead Digital Commerce trainings to the IT organization, ensuring that IT Leaders are aware on how the MSE Offering is adding value to our business.
  • Develop ad hoc engagement campaigns and an always-on editorial calendar that promotes MSE vision and priorities.
  • Manage and animate the MSE intranet and other internal channels bringing to life the strategy, vision, brand, purpose, and culture.
  • Develop strategy and communication materials to support product teams sell their products and measure their successful adoption.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or management, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in internal Communication. Excellent English copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, with an ability to transform information into engaging content.
  • Experience with content creation to produce presentations, scripts, reports, or content on social media.
  • Experience in creating Change Management strategies and work streams that maximize employee adoption and business benefit.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to work within a high-energy, high expectation and team-oriented global culture.
  • Strong capability to manage key stakeholders including the IT MSE Leadership Team, MSE Product Teams, IT Global Communications and external partners and agencies.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Experience in IT communication and communication agencies is advantageous.
  • Experience on content creation through AI is advantageous.
