At TripleTen , we're building a leading online coding bootcamp that helps people learn tech industry skills in less than a year. We currently operate in the US, Latin America and Brazil.

Our Design Team includes graphic designers, product designers, illustrators, motion Designers, copywriters, and UX researchers. Together, we work to deliver a seamless user experience—from the very first interaction through to employment and beyond.

  • Banners for paid adds : You’ll design engaging ads by working closely with art director, copywriter, and managers from the Performance and Growth teams.
  • Research and testing : You’ll collaborate with the team to generate hypotheses and develop design solutions for testing new creative approaches.
  • E-mail communication : You’ll help to create eye-catching e-mails to build sales and brand trust.
  • Swag design for offline events : We have many offline events planned, and our PR team is eager for creative swag ideas.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience and solid portfolio with real projects : Your portfolio includes at least 3 Communication Design projects.
  • Have strong Graphic Design skills : You value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Have understanding of CJMs and UX / UI : You can analyze the student journey—from ads and events to booking a call on the website—and identify areas for improvement on the design side.
  • Can communicate in English : A B2 level with basic fluency.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in a startup-like environment. Background in agencies or creative studios is also a plus.
  • Ability to create illustrations.
  • Use of AI tools in your daily work to boost productivity and unlock creative freedom.

What we can offer you

  • Remote, part-time contract : Fixed at 15 hours per week (includes planning and brainstorming calls with the team).
  • Hourly rate of $40-$50 USD (gross) : depends on experience and skills level.

  • Experience working in an Edtech environment (learning tools and processes of online education for adults).
