Our in-house creative team is on the lookout for a Communication Designer – someone ambitious with a minimum of 4–5 years' experience gained in creative agencies or in-house studios.

We thrive on clear, confident communication, and we're looking for a designer who feels the same. If you're someone who loves a fast-paced environment, brings fresh digital-first thinking and delivers ideas with both craft and real impact, then you might just be the perfect fit.

You've already built a portfolio that shines, and now you're keen to make it even stronger. This role offers the chance to dive deep into performance marketing, integrated campaigns, production and brand-led design across all sorts of channels.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Craft performance-driven assets for our digital marketing, social and CRM campaigns, always with a strong sense of design and purpose.
• Support the development of integrated campaigns – working alongside our copy and art team, and marketing stakeholders.
• Contribute to creative direction and execution for production shoots, from ideation to final delivery.
• Adapt and expand our brand design system across various touchpoints, always with an eye for consistency and design excellence.
• Work across disciplines – CRM, media, brand, content – to bring visual coherence and energy to every brief.
• Stay curious and current, constantly looking for new ways to elevate the outcome.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house studio, with a strong focus on digital marketing and brand communication.
• A portfolio that clearly shows thoughtful campaign work, impactful digital performance assets and design that respects both our brand and how our users behave.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential; knowing your way around motion design tools (e.g. After Effects) is a real bonus.
• An eye for detail, a feel for storytelling and a mindset that values structure as much as spontaneity.
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders across marketing, production and brand.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
