Job Description:

Would you like to develop your career as a Commissioning Engineer for UPS in a multinational French company specializing in energy management and automation?

At OXIGENT TECHNOLOGIES, we are seeking a Regional Service Representative for UPS responsible for providing professional on-site services for UPS products for our clients, mainly in Data Centers.

This includes commissioning, technical analysis & support, supervision during installation and resolving customer issues.

The role primarily focuses on complex & critical projects in Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).

Core Activities:

• Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the secure power (UPS) product range
• Evaluate installation quality (connections, assembly, readiness)
• Assess system's installation & operational conditions
• Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance
• Support customers in installation, modification, and repair of UPS products
• Identify failure causes related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause Analysis)

Requirements:

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

- 4+ years experience in commissioning or field service repair with secure power

- Proven experience with Secure Power components (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches)

- Experience with installation and commissioning in Data Centers is a strong advantage

- Fluent in English (B2+ level minimum)

- Good knowledge of software tools: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat

- Willing to travel internationally approximately 70% of the time
