SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort on Barcelona’s waterfront, seeks an experienced Commis Cook to join a fast-growing, international team. Under the Sous Chef, you will assist with menu prep, kitchen organization, and production, ensuring dishes meet the brand’s high standards and engaging guest experiences.

Work with a passionate team to maintain top hygiene and service standards, contributing to the extraordinary hospitality SLS Barcelona is known for.

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced Commis Cook to join the team at SLS Barcelona.

Under the guidance of the Sous Chef, you will:

• Assist in menu preparation, kitchen organization and production.
• Work within a team to ensure menu prep is done according to the guidelines set by Sous Chef.
• Assist with the storage, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the required standards.
• Make sure things are running without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
• Pay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before!
