Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure they are being followed.
• Verify that products are received, issued, documented, stored and ordered according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments on operational issues related to the warehouse when necessary.
• Maintain the file of requisition forms, ensuring that they are duly completed and acknowledged by the requesting party. The original copy of the applications is sent to cost control.
• Ensure that all items stored in freezers are properly packed in plastic bags and labeled with appropriate labels.
• Regularly inspect all stocks to determine the probability of deterioration and segregate those for priority issuance.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of hygiene in all storage areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
• +2 years of experience in a hotel’s accounting department.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and have a high‑level attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
