Commercial Training & Events Coordinator 100%

Barcelona, Spain

Your contribution

In this challenging and important role, you will support the EMEA commercial organization, responsible for coordinating and executing training programs, onboarding activities, customer events, and trade shows.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Identify gaps in training, develop and implement programs independently, and improve training processes to meet evolving needs across EMEA.
• Engage with sales, service, and development teams to assess training needs and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, including budgeting, logistics, speaker coordination, and promotion.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain records for training and event activities.
• Conduct sales development initiatives, including prospecting campaigns and content creation.

Your background

• BS degree preferably in Life Sciences
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with online event tools and social media; proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
