Commercial Training & Events Coordinator (100%)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Your contribution

In this role, you will support the EMEA commercial organization by coordinating and executing training programs, onboarding activities, customer events, and trade shows.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying gaps in training, developing and implementing programs independently, and improving training processes across EMEA.
  2. Engaging with sales, service, and development teams to assess training needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  3. Planning and executing internal and external events, managing budgets, logistics, speakers, and promotions.
  4. Handling budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining records for training and events.
  5. Supporting sales development initiatives, including prospecting campaigns and content creation.

Your background

  • BS degree, preferably in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with online event tools and social media; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
