• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Commercial Training & Events Coordinator 100%

Barcelona, Spain

Your contribution

In this challenging and important role, you will support the EMEA commercial organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs, onboarding activities, customer events and trade shows.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Take the initiative to identify gaps in training, develop and implement programs independently, and continuously improve training processes to meet evolving needs across EMEA.
• Independently engage with sales, service, and development teams to assess training needs and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seamless coordination.
• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events, including budgeting, logistics, speaker coordination and external promotion, ensuring successful and well-executed events.
• Manage and handle budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate records for all training and event-related activities, ensuring smooth operations and financial accountability.
• Various sales development initiatives, including prospecting campaigns and content creation,

Your background

• BS degree preferably in Life Sciences
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• English as business language and preferably Spanish
• Excellent communication skills and highly customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in online events tools and social media Proficiency with Microsoft suite
• Keen to work as a team and learn
