Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with online event tools and social media.

Commercial Training & Events Coordinator 100%

Barcelona, Spain

Your contribution

In this challenging and important role, you will support the EMEA commercial organization, responsible for coordinating and executing training programs, onboarding activities, customer events, and trade shows.

Your responsibilities will include :

  1. Identifying gaps in training, developing and implementing programs independently, and continuously improving training processes across EMEA.
  2. Engaging with sales, service, and development teams to assess training needs and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Planning and executing internal and external events, managing budgets, logistics, speaker coordination, and promotion.
  4. Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining records for all training and event activities.
  5. Supporting sales development initiatives, including prospecting campaigns and content creation.

Your background

  • BSc degree preferably in Life Sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with online event tools and social media; proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
