Job Description

DP World is seeking a dynamic Commercial Training and Event Specialist to join our innovative team, preferably based in The Netherlands, Germany, UK, or Spain . The successful candidate will connect commercial personnel by organizing virtual and face-to-face conferences, fostering collaboration across the commercial community.

This role involves building and managing our Commercial Academy , focusing on sales training through cross-selling, developing onboarding materials, and creating content aligned with our end-to-end (E2E) vision. The specialist will shape our sales culture and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize virtual and face-to-face commercial conferences.
  • Assist in the rollout of regional cross-selling training with HR.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and capability training programs with HR.
  • Enhance sales capabilities through comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of conferences to connect the commercial community across Europe.
  • Oversee the curriculum of the Commercial Academy, focusing on sales training, onboarding, and content development supporting the E2E strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align sales initiatives with broader strategies.
  • Work with HR to ensure training activities support talent development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs based on data.
