An international entertainment company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Madrid office. The role involves managing recruitment processes across media and marketing sectors, ensuring effective talent engagement and pipeline management. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, strong skills in pitching and closing, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Madrid, Spain. Working alongside the International Talent Acquisition team and local People Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local business requirements while managing pipeline growth and the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across Media, Marketing and Local Operations.
