LVDBiotech (iVascular) in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona) seeks a Business Strategy Analyst to join the Business Strategy & Innovation team. You will analyze markets, model business impacts, and help shape sales and pricing strategies to maximize ROI in a globally expanding medical devices group.

The role requires a strong background in finance/strategy within life sciences, fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in financial business areas or strategic roles (commercial excellence, sales operations, business analysis, or consulting).
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences is preferred.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of commercial strategies to maximize ROI in execution and competitiveness.
• Analyze market data, forecast trends, and develop insights on market share to drive growth.
• Improve sales force effectiveness by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and optimizing processes.
